Code of ethic is a formal set of principles and guidelines designed to help professionals and organisations conduct their actions and decisions in a morally responsible and ethical way. It establishes sanders of behaviour, outling what is considered right and wrong, helps guide individuals in maintaining integrity, honesty and fairness in their interactions with others.

A coad of ethics is a document that defines the values, responsibilities and ethical obligations of individuals and organisations, ensuring that their actions align with accepted moral and professional standards. It serves as a framework for decision-making and accountability, encouraging responsible, behaviour, preventing misconduct and promoting trust within the organization or profession and with the public.
